A great friendly and professional business! We went in to inquire about storage sizes and costs. The manager was very informative and showed us all of the options. We did rent one of the units and it is very clean, secure and accessible. We recommend this place for your storage needs!

Kathy was very pleasant from the first phone call. My boyfriend and I were able to look at units before renting one. We had a very good experience here and look forward to moving our belongings into this safe space.

Just moved into a 5x10 unit. A nice new facility and a friendly, helpful manager in Greg. I priced vs. 5x5 units at other facilities, but with the online discount and their rate for insurance, the Alliance unit priced out best for our intended leasing period.

I thought I had posted a review, but received a receipt of payment showing if I review, I will get a $10 credit off my next month bill 😅...so...to be on the safe side, I'm posting my review (possibly again). The office staff at Corvallis location is very professional, organized, cordial, and creates a friendly & welcoming office area. The storage units are nice and roomy. I especially like that they are such tall ceilings, so if a person needed to, a small unit really could hold quite a lot if a person were just stacking bins with lids on them type thing. They have moving carts which are very helpful for loading and unloading efficiency, and they wheel into a large elevator (which is not to be used for people, so if you have an upstairs unit, do not plan to use the elevator, you must use stairs). The halls are pretty roomy, I'd estimate 4'-5'(ish) hall width to maneuver the moving cart and objects that might hang over the edges. I like that it has cameras all around as well, and my understanding is that the office managers Veteran husband keeps a good, watchful eye on the "happenings" so there's a good sense of security in having items stored there. As I mentioned before my only constructive criticism I have about the place is more on a marketing level, because its advertized "first month rent free" but the "first month" does not mean 30-days as the average consumer interprets it to mean. First "month" means even if you sign papers on the last day of the month, that's your "free month" (as though you had use of the unit all the days prior). I would suggest either the verbiage be corrected to at least include a notice be posted defining what a "free month" really means, or an entire whole page be just addressing that alone at "signing" so that customers know what they're really signing up for and NOT signing up for. I personally would have waited 2 days to sign up & move my stuff into storage to save myself a tremendous amount of money versus the less than $1.00 I was credited for my "free month." Again, the on-site staff are great at their on-site duties from my interactions, the storage units themselves are great, and the location of the business is great, as well as the hours of access are great...advertising is the only thing that brings the rating down lower for me as a consumer and someone who has previously owned, managed and assisted in marketing small business' before.

Corvallis location review: The storage units are nice, and it's nice to have the carts to utilize for moving things in and out. I was not pleased that it was advertised to say "first month rent free" and then found out after I was told I was paying in advance for the following month, found out it was actually for the current month, and that I only received a credit of 2 days for "first month" because they counted all the days prior to me signing a rental contract as part of the "first month." The "first month" is not on a 30-day month count like most people understand, it means the month that you sign up, even if you sign up on the last day of the month, that's your "free month." I felt this was very very misleading and on the lines of 'false advertisement.' Granted, I've already moved my stuff into the place, and already paid thinking I was paying for my 2nd month. I hope that they start telling people more clearly what "first month rent free" really means, compared to what it sounds like and is generally understood to mean. Aside from that though, I think the office staff is very nice and cordial. The unit was clean. The elevators are slow, but functional for items; not for use for people, so if you get a unit that is upstairs, you must use the stairs, not accessible through the elevator.

They are both efficient and very professional. I like that they were very forward and upfront about their policies. Office staff was amazing and I have been very happy with their courteous and no nonsense demeanor.
